Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your pickup request before our executive arrives at your location at no charge. Once pickup has been completed, cancellation is not possible.

2. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at +91 98701 33833. We will re-clean the item at no additional charge.

3. Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event of item loss or damage caused by us, we will offer compensation up to 10x the service charge for that item. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items with defective fabric.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as account credit for future orders.

5. Membership Recharge

Membership recharge amounts (₹2,000 or ₹5,000 plans) are non-refundable. The balance remains valid and usable against all future orders with no expiry.

6. First Order Discount

The 25% first-order discount is applied automatically and cannot be exchanged for cash.
