By using WashODryclean services, you agree to these terms. We provide laundry, dry cleaning, shoe cleaning, curtain cleaning, and carpet cleaning services across Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, and Gurugram.
Orders are accepted subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service for items that pose health or safety risks. All prices displayed are inclusive of basic service charges.
Free pickup and delivery is provided within our service areas. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We treat all garments with professional care. However, WashODryclean is not liable for pre-existing damage, color bleeding, or shrinkage caused by garment defects or incorrect care labels. Maximum liability is limited to 10x the service charge for the affected item.
Prices are as listed on our price menu. A flat 25% discount applies to your first order. Membership recharge amounts are non-refundable but remain valid for use against future orders.
We offer a 99% stain removal promise using professional-grade treatment. Some permanent or set-in stains may not be fully removable. We will inform you before processing if we identify such items.
Items not collected within 30 days of completion notice will be donated to charity. WashODryclean bears no liability for unclaimed items after this period.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
